There was a screening questionnaire and two interviews. The first interview was with a person within HR who asked a few clinical questions about my therapeutic approach and how I've handled challenges. We talked about success stories and scheduling snafus - things like that. I was offered a second interview on the spot and scheduled it for that week. I met with a clinical manager who was equally delightful who asked some questions about my experience and what my goals are as a clinician. It was a pleasant experience and I felt comfortable asking the questions I had. The whole process was transparent which I appreciate.
