Interview
The interview process was quick and straight forward. At interview with clinical associate there were questions looking for strong critical thinking skills. Both associates I met with emphasized the company value for quality care for patients over seeing many patients per hour.

Differential diagnosis question: I was provided age of patient and symptoms. Question was to identify areas of concern based on that information besides mental health/DSM driven diagnosis

Interview
Not difficult. I received an email requesting a Zoom interview with the recruiter. If you pass the Zoom interview, you will then have an interview with the regional clinical director, followed by an interview with the medical director.
