Interview process was extremely fast, much quicker than I anticipated. Within 7 days I had an offer. The individuals that interviewed me were very kind and easy to speak to which was a great first impression. Unfortunately I found the PTO to be completely unacceptable for a job/profession with one of the highest rates of burnout. I really hope Thriveworks reconsiders their policy soon.
Virtual meeting with local clinic director to determine fit with the company. Everything seemed standard as a virtual meeting wood go. Nice people but they really want to recruit new therapists.

Easy and straight forward. I sent in my application. They returned my call and we set up an online interview with the recruiter. Then I interviewed with the Clinical Director and was hired.
