One 30 minute conversation with a recruiter followed by another 30 minute clinical interview. 1st interview covered benefits, rates, and potential start date. 2nd interview included clinical vignettes and you were asked to provide specific approaches or what stands out to you about the case. At the end of the second interview you know if you have received an offer.
