First interview is QUICK - 20 minutes. Some standard questions: introduce yourself, what's your license, what modalities do you use, what diagnoses do you have experience working with, do you have experience with intakes, what are three qualities you look for in a workplace. And then the interviewer will FLY through pay rates and the logistics then ask you on a scale of 1-10 how interested in the position you are.

The medical record portal was way too long with too much unnecessary information requested
The clinical progress of the client took a back seat to the lengthy administrative process
It was very easy, after the got my resume they set up an interview with me via email. First it was an informational meeting about the position to explain the role and only after that i had a real interview.

What kinds of issues do you not feel comfortable treating
2 interviews. It was very easy to schedule. The interviewers were professional and very kind. One is discussing the role and the other is a clinical interview in which they ask you about your clinical experience. Unfortunately I wasnt offered the job despite being told they have lots of space in my area. I probably didnt fit in with their typical staff demographic because I wear a hijab. Anyways, it was a good learning experience.
