I would stay away from this company if you can! They aggressively reach out to you and encourage you to do 2-3 technical phone rounds. It starts with over communication. They will even text you on a Saturday. Then at one point, over communication goes to no communication what so ever. I have a feeling that they don't really want to hire anyone but they are just going through the motion for some reason. Maybe to prove to upper management that they interviewed people to show they are working and are busy. Also, this is an Indian company and people from India (even freshers or juniors) will be interviewing you, which makes no sense because they don't have the technical expertise to interview someone with more experience. Also you'll be given case studies to take home which are tough industry problems. I have a feeling that they simply go through the interview process to get your ideas on tough case studies. That is, they will ask you how would you solve this and that information goes into their technical expertise. That's all they wanted from you. They are not really interested in hiring you. I'd be careful giving them all your secret sauce because once they have that they don't need to hire you. lol. Essentially this is a waste of time. After 2-3 rounds, you'll never hear back from them even after following up.
