Talent acquisition is very unprofessional, called me 21 minutes late on a 30 minute interview. Amateurs, not interested in joining, and I sincerely feel bad for those working there. Respect seems to be rare there.

Interview
The interview process is structured and robust. There are three rounds of interviews which are preceded by a written assignment. This is very specific for the People Development team. The kind of individuals who will suit this team are those who specialize in problem solving and have a solid understanding of the business context along with functioning as independent consultants for the business practices.

What are the questions you will ask to understand and figure the problem statement based on the interaction with the business stakeholders?
Applied online through their career website. Received a pre-screening call from the HR. This was followed by four rounds with different levels (titles) of interviewers. All were video interviews. Interviews were 1 hour each.
