I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TikTok
Interview
I was ghosted two times prior for the same role (different verticals) I thought the third time would be it, but the day of my final interview I received an email saying the company is "no longer looking to fill the position". I wouldn't say avoid them (due to the job market), but we VERY cautious.

Question 1
How did I go about managing clients and drive results?
I had a very positive experience with the interview process. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and I always knew what to expect at each stage. The interviewers were professional, well-prepared, and genuinely engaged, which made the conversations feel more like a two-way discussion than a formal interrogation.
Each step of the process felt purposeful and well-structured, and I appreciated the transparency around the role, expectations, and team dynamics. I was also given the opportunity to ask questions and received thoughtful, honest answers.
Overall, the process was smooth, respectful of my time, and left me with a strong impression of the company, regardless of the final outcome.
I had a screening interview with the recruiter and then directly with the manager, which I personally didn’t like because I felt as he was making me a favour to be there
Hr called me, asked me a few questions, intro, why you leave your current company, are you actively looking for new opportunities etc. The interview progress is smooth, and pass me to hiring manager round very smoothly.
