the arrangement of interview was quick and the interview questions were not too tough, but the lack of transparency in its process and outcome is something the company is severely lacking of.

A recruiter called asking strange questions that were not related to the job and sounded irritated when she did not hear what she expected. it was a 10-minute phone call.
There were multiple rounds of calls with different people, such as HR, a manager, someone from the team. Was not asked a lot of technical questions and was not asked to complete any tests or projects.
Poor communication. Long interview process (five interviews and three months). Ghosted me after reaching the final stage. Found out I didn’t get the job from an automated email with a @donnitreply address instead of the recruiter I had been corresponding with for months.
