The first and second interview went well. The questions were more about the previous experience and motivation joining Tiktok.
However, on the 3rd interview, I was waiting for 30 minutes for the interviewer and then suddenly cancelled with unclear reason.

Interview
Recruiter approached me for an interview via Linkedin. The interview booking slot was already sloppy. It took her 2 days to return my message and finalise a meeting. After the screening interview, she ghosted and ignored my following-up email for a result. The job is still posted on Linkedin but very likely they cannot find anyone because the recruiter is incompetent.

Interview
I have interviewed twice and both times had 5 rounds and then been ghosted. I had to actually reach out to someone else on the team at one point. Each time the role simply disappeared.
