I applied to a full time role. Someone followed up asking if I’d consider a contract role instead. I decided to move forward and had an initial interview with a recruiter. Recruiter interview went well, and I moved to the hiring manager interview. TikTok scheduled and rescheduled my interview multiple times. By the time I talked to the HM, I already had full time offers.

I didn't make it pass the recruiter screen and when I got rejected it came from a no reply email vs the recruiter themselves. Would have been a nice touch if they sent a more personal email coming from them
