My interview was probably a little bit different. Took 2 months to finish 3 interviews after recruiter. All of my interviewer were from China, which was understandably interviewing in a different timezone. My options were Sunday-Thursday (6pm-11pm) my time. One of the interviews was scheduled at 7pm then was moved to 9pm and then 10pm. At the last minute they cancelled the whole thing because of a high priority meeting on the interviewers end. I waited til 11pm at least to make sure last minute changes. Also a lot of reschedule with the last interview because they needed to find a translator that would help in the interview. On my last interview, i had 3 people assuming 2 others were the translator cause I was told there is only one interviewer. It was not explained to me that the video call tool we used for interview has a translation function itself. I got so confused for at least 2 mins how to make the translation work. It took a lot of patients but all in all it was understandable in my end because of the language barrier and timezone difference.
