Metup with key APAC TA leaders and HR partners asking you questions in english and mandarin. Went through all the way till final round and was rejected via system with a standard note without sharing reasons. Continuously receiving invitation for new TA opportunities from different HR. HR dont have a system in place to check interview feedbacks??? HR dont talk to each other???
