I’m applying for this position for Jakarta site.
At first, the recruiter will call and offer you the position. The recruiter was nice and he sent email for interview appointment.
First round of interview with the recruiter, was quite good and short. He only asked basic question like why TikTok, reasons to move job etc. Then he arranged another round of interview with someone from Indonesia.
The person from Indonesia was really nice and friendly. He listened to me very well, and gave me a chance to share my experience. No rush.
After that, the 2nd round of interview was the WORST. They arranged the time of interview on Friday. I already stand by as the appointment time, even 10 mins before the scheduled time, however no one in the zoom meeting.
Waiting for first 10 minutes, then I tried to contact the recruiter what is going on, if any schedule changes or something.
But no response from the recruiter. I keep waiting for another 1 hour and make sure already inside the correct room.
Tried to sent email to them, drop another WhatsApp message and call, nothing.
I ended the call after waiting for 1 hour and 30 min.
Then, I followed up on the next day to see of they will still continue and rearrange the session. The recruiter told me that the interviewer was there, waiting for me. He asked me what happened, I explained but seems like he did not believe what I said that there was no one in the zoom meeting.
So he said will check and give me another time slot.
Then, finally I managed to have the next round of interview session with someone who very rude. This person, keep checking his mobile phone like he doesn’t care and he seems like he is about to yawn all the time.
I even can feels the negative, toxic aura he shows purposely. He really act that I am not there.
Not even 10 minutes I introduced myself, he already cut my introduction and told me to make it faster as the time is limited. He even didn’t set time of how long this interview will take. So I just keep going to try my best to share my working experience.
I still remember his face and how he looked at me without any interest in his face and how he wants to end the call very soon.
The interview only took 20 mins, and he said will get back to me within 2-3 days with the result. Which I lost interest already and never waiting for their feedback anymore.
I don’t expect anything from this company with a person who even don’t know how to treat others. Unrespectful attitude. Wonder how they can hire this kind of employee with very bad attitude.
Definitely unprofessional and wasting my time.
I regret to have a high expectation to join with this company since 2020.
