Interview
Communication with the recruiter was the worst I experienced in any company - it was so hard to get answers to emails, never got proper preparation for any step of the interview process (the questions asked were very different from the questions that should have been asked based on the booklet you get at the beginning of the process), and the recruiter definitely forgot I exist between each step - I had to proactively follow up to get the news that I passed to the next round. They also only gave me a couple of days to prepare for the mock pitch (I now know most people get a week, you should insist on getting that time) - which I believe contributed to the final result of not getting the role.
Finally, after all the work I put in I only got a generic rejection email, my request for feedback was ghosted. Terrible experience.
