I applied online. I interviewed at TikTok in May 2022
Interview
One of the worst interview processes I've ever been too. First of all, you can't apply to other position when you're "locked" in another submission, even though there's no news on your application and the other position has 99% similar job description.
Very slow response on application. After a few weeks the recruiter give me a call for "just a chat". But after that I immediately got rejection email. I was so confused, didn't know I was in an interview when the questions asked were just admin stuff like "Are you based in <<city>>?" "What's your salary expectation?" etc.
It gives me a glimpse of the company and it shows me that the company structure must be a mess and I'm glad I'm not a part of that.
