I had around 7 interviews and then they just ghosted me. Interviews were solid, but disappointed at the no feedback drop. Unsure if the team I was just interviewing with didn't report back to HR. I'll never know!

It was okay, not too worrisome. Very quick too. They just asked for things they wanted to hear. It was fairly no big deal to get a job. blah blah blah blah

Recruiter interview followed by 4 rounds of 1:1 interviews. For the final round, I was asked to do a project and given 3 days over a holiday weekend. No accounting for the weekend. I had to cancel plans to get the project done as I wanted the job and had connected well with the team so far. The project was a social media strategy, including sample content calendar and recommended platforms. After turning in my (free) work, it was radio silence for 2 weeks. I had to follow up with the recruiter 3 times and ultimately got passed on for a more qualified candidate. The recruiter said because I scored so high that I should reach out it other positions opened that interested me. I reached out about a couple other I applied to and never heard back. The original job remained listed for 4 months, until I emailed the recruiter again to express I was still interested if the other candidate hadn't worked out. Ghosted. They sure did use my work though!
