This was the worst interview ever!! Applied online and did two rounds of interviews. The first interviewer did not know what to ask and so they started asking absolutely irrelevant questions (probably didn’t know what position I am interviewing for). The other interviewer did not smile or look at the camera during the whole interview, asking questions like a robot. It was so uncomfortable and unfriendly. No time on the end to ask questions

Most of the questions focused on previous recruiting and sourcing experience, so it’s important to be prepared to discuss your past roles in detail.
