TikTok has probably the worst interview experience I have ever been a part of. I have went through 2 different processes and both took 3 months. The recruiters are terrible at responding to simple questions and take weeks to get back to you. The employees were all great nice people but the recruitment process is awful. After weeks of interviewing and months of no replies I got a generic email saying they were not moving forward with my application with no explanation. I only got this email minutes after sending my 3rd follow up email which led me to believe they had just forgot to send me this rejection email which is incredibly frustrating. Based off this process and also comments from employees, it sounds like TikTok has a lot of internal issues
