I was asked to interview the next day after submitting my CV. First interview was a screening call lasting 15 minutes and very straight forward. Next interview was with someone who did the same job in the US. This interview lasted 25 minutes and I knew went well as the interviewer gave feedback throughout reassuring me. My third interview was with someone in China and was hard to read - the interviewer didn't have the camera on their entire face. The person seemed tired and very busy. Sometimes I wondered if they were properly listening to my answer.
