Note the other negative reviews, this was the worst interview experience I've ever had. Not only did it last 3+ months, way too long in my opinion, you interview with 8+ people, is that really necessary? One even includes an HRBP asking the silly situational questions that are for entry level applicants, not experienced attorneys. It was clear from the interviews with non-US employees that they are stressed, working long hours, on-call all the time and basically asked me why I would want to work there. In addition, you don't support TikTok alone, you are supporting all of ByteDance. Also note, to interview with team members in China and Singapore, they expect you to take interviews after 8pm. Lastly, I found their mandatory in-office three days a week to be silly and condescending. We are adults, if my internal stakeholders are in China or other offices, why would I be forced to sit in our office three days a week.
