6 rounds of structured interviews with leaders across the globe. A chance to meet and speak with key leaders and to understand more about the role and work culture. Overall good experience as the interviewers exhibited curiosity, interest and sincerity.

- mainly asked the same questions among all the interviewers, need to be prepared with answering the same questions for all the interviewers. should also have some sort of familiarity with the different hiring channel

How do you ensure that you manage different stakeholders
30 minute phone screen with the recruiter, pretty straight forward questions. Nice flow to our conversation. I would be sure to be prepared to walkthrough your experience and explain how you use data to help recruit.
I didn't make it pass the recruiter screen and when I got rejected it came from a no reply email vs the recruiter themselves. Would have been a nice touch if they sent a more personal email coming from them
