I had three rounds interviews (30 mins HR phone screening, 2rounds 1 on1 video interview with a functional team member & hiring manager) I've read about the negative reviews online about the company culture before the interview, but I still would like to give it a try. The first round interview actually gave me a good impression. It was with a functional team member who will work closely with the person in this role. The interviewer is very professional and deep dive into multiple behavior and tactical scenario questions. Overall it is a good experience. However, the 2nd interview with the director level manager totally exposure how toxic the organization is at this company- A typical Asian style company. The hiring manager is rude and arrogant.
