This is a classic example of a company that suckers you in with its big name and has very little substance to show for it afterward. I was reached out by a recruiter and I went through four rounds of interviews. Phone interview: The recruiter is the classic "cool, I am not like a regular recruiter" kind of guy so the phone interview is a breeze. As long as you show enthusiasm and a working brain you will be fine. The recruiter was transparent about the salary from the get-go and it's your average tech range. Rounds 2-4 merged altogether for me because it's just one manager after another. You can tell they are all overworked because they kept rescheduling or just were late overall. One straight-up told me they had COVID as they were interviewing me. Their time zones are also all over the world so good luck keeping up with that (though to be fair when HR schedules your interviews they keep it all in PST.) Overall, everybody looked tired and overworked. I thought it was odd they required this position to be hybrid even though the team was scattered all over the world. Even though I only made it through the interview stages, you can really pick up on the exhaustive work culture.
