The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TikTok (Dublin, Dublin) in Jul 2023
Interview
Three stage interview, first two were fairly easy, the last one with the assignment was technical, and I think they picked me to interview because they really needed people, but my background was not technical at all.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
General questions, strategy concerns, regional questions about the MENA market, and last one was an analytics exercise
I had a very positive experience with the interview process. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and I always knew what to expect at each stage. The interviewers were professional, well-prepared, and genuinely engaged, which made the conversations feel more like a two-way discussion than a formal interrogation.
Each step of the process felt purposeful and well-structured, and I appreciated the transparency around the role, expectations, and team dynamics. I was also given the opportunity to ask questions and received thoughtful, honest answers.
Overall, the process was smooth, respectful of my time, and left me with a strong impression of the company, regardless of the final outcome.
I had a screening interview with the recruiter and then directly with the manager, which I personally didn’t like because I felt as he was making me a favour to be there
Hr called me, asked me a few questions, intro, why you leave your current company, are you actively looking for new opportunities etc. The interview progress is smooth, and pass me to hiring manager round very smoothly.
