Applied through LinkedIn. Got first interview with HR, friendly people. Intro about my background & HR tell about the role and interview process (there were 3 user interview). At the end of call, HR set a schedule with local head of marketing (3 days gap). Interview went smooth, technical question about my prev background as a marketing campaign execution (40 mins). HR gave the update quickly that i passed first round. Then second round (w/ Global Head - 55 mins) technical & metrics questions, quite difficult. And a week letter passed again & got interviewed with 3rd users from another country (15-20mins) and the result came more than 7days got rejected by email template. Why wouldn't I got rejected at the first or second user?! Quite long for waiting the result & got rejected
