Interview at your own risk! The majority of their Glassdoor reviews are overwhelmingly negative, but for some reason I still proceeded. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... Entire process took just over 2 months. I submitted an online application and was contacted by a recruiter within a week or so. Process consisted of 6 rounds in total. Overall a very long, stressful process. Had several interviews rescheduled (including one hours before on the day of) and while things did move relatively quickly in the beginning I felt them begin to slow down toward the final round, after which the recruiter went silent for weeks. I did get one vague check-in email (which I suspect was intended to keep me warm in case their top choice candidate fell through) before ultimately being rejected. No one I met throughout the process seemed warm or friendly. In fact, one interviewer seemed straight up miserable and then during the group interview I overheard two of them complaining about not being able to take time off. Overall was not a positive experience, primarily because I didn't feel my time was respected nor did I feel like a valued candidate. Guess that's a good glimpse into how I likely would've been treated as an employee. Will be interesting to see what ultimately happens given the impending ban. Good luck to them. 

very long process, 6-7 stages, but all look the same. There is little internal communication or alignment. People can be refused just because someone doesn't like you in the process
