Interview
Generally very bad experience with Tillster.
Had a call for initial screening and interviewed with 4 different people whom this position would work with. Surprisingly everyone was very rude, so arrogant and they literally told me that the culture is toxic informing me to be prepared for it. Pay was not good, either. After the final interview, they never replied back to me even I followed up a couple of times. Everyone there was very unprofessional and rude from my experience.
Had the first interview/HR screen. The rep from Tillster kept licking her fingers, and was generally not a great representative of the company. She was very nice just did not ask any questions, gave little info on the job.
Second interview was with hiring manager. Nice, asked questions, seemed slightly engaged.
Reached out for follow up info. Silence. No auto rejection or anything. It’s been a while now.

Interview
Had a great interview with recruiters and the hiring manager. Interview with the hiring manager went over an hour and was very fluid and great conversation. Unfortunately after being told I was going to move onto the next round I got ghosted. I emailed a normal thank you letter and then after a week of no response I followed up to ask about next steps or just any form of update on the process and still got no response. It's been over a month now and I have still been ghosted. I see the job is still available on all the job sites but communication is completely silent. Overall, has left a very sour taste in my mouth. Feeling like I wasted my time and if they decided to follow up with me I'm not sure I would want to move forward with a company that lacks common courtesy communication.
