Started the process pretty quickly. I was on the fence due to reading company reviews. After 3 interviews, which included an on-site 90-minute interview, no response back from the recruiter. The onsite interview went well and was a good experience but the lack of communication was completely unprofessional. A "no thanks, but thank you" could have changed the whole outlook of my interview experience.
