The got a call from the recruiter fixing an interview where he told me everything about Tillster. Then it was the technical round with the Hiring Manager which also went great, it was mostly to see if I fit into the role and willing to learn. Everything was great till now, and then the ghostly started. I sent several emails to know the status, dropped messages on LinkedIn but got no response, After a 2.5 weeks I got a generic email that they moved ahead with other candidate. Rejection is fine, but the lack of communication is really unprofessional.
