1st call with HR. It was fine as usual. She scheduled the 2nd interview with a Senior Software Architect who manages a small DE and DS team. The 2nd interview was excellent. The senior talked about the company and projects. However, I needed to wait two weeks for a 3rd interview with a DE in Portugal because he was on holiday. He explained the main objective of the role. One week after this 2nd interview, I wrote to HR to ask for some feedback. Then I waited three days for an answer that informed me that I needed to wait one more week because the VP of Engineering was on holiday. Finally, I had the interview with that VP and it was fine. After that, they didn't reply to my emails. It shows the culture of this company. The same experience is reported here by other candidates.
