Tillster interview questions

I was interviewed in 4 steps. First the behavioral interview with HR, then two interviews with the architects, with whiteboard questions, code challenges and other good questions and a fourth interview with a manager.

The interview was streamline and talked to many ppl Questions asked were routine After the interview process I was told I had great feedback and wanted to move forward A day later a new position for Manager of DevOps was listed It seem they wanted to hire someone within that did not have the right experience Wasted my time by playing these games.
