Overall fair and good, everyone was nice and helpful. It was 30mins long interview and asked basic questions and you should be able to loft 45lb. The training videos are long and boring but they pay you all of your hours and also gave iced cap as well. Managers are different not all of them are nice but most of them are understanding .
