I feel the needed questions were not asked, the interview was under 5 minuntes total (and they were late) for the extra needed word count [which this site shouldn't even have}

Two in-person interviews. first when I dropped off my resume with the manager and second in person with the owner. Dropping off resumes in person still works better than using the online portal, but you still have to complete online application as well.
