Bought my coffee and sat waiting. Manager was 10 minutes late, then stated he wasn't really looking for anyone with experience. During the process, he kept paying attention to the staff, then kept getting up to tell them other things to do. Once the interview was over, he went in back and did not bother with the staff anymore.

Quick and straightforward, interview was conducted with a member of the team and a tour was provided after the meeting. I returned for a second time to receive training. It was a good experience overall.

Interview
Less than 10 minutes, general questions focused on how you deal with stress, how good you are with customers, prior work experience, etc. Hardest question I was asked was what I considered one of my weaknesses. Work your way through questions out loud and be yourself, they're just looking for someone who can get the job done.
