It was smooth, and I discussed my experience, job role and benefits. I got to know about the industry norms and growth opportunities. The employer made sure, I get paid according to my experience. The employer was respectful and the overall experience was good.

Met right in restauraunt lounge, took maybe 30 minutes, manager meets and asked predetermined questions. Some questions were based on expectations while in the roll such as "what would your greeting be?"

The process includes 1) telephonic interview 2) online meet up 3) offline interview which includes hr and manager. If selected than normal orientation and for 3 months they will check your capabilities

Few short interview, with minimal questions asked. More questions should have related to job-work being completed on the job. The interviewer was professional and provided clarification when needed. The interview lasted 20mins, and there was a clear definition of what the job was and the job specifications.
