Interview process started with meeting a team-member who stated she did not see how hiring this role would benefit her team because she comes from an agency but was told to hire someone. Definitely not a good feeling when someone who is supposed to manage you does not even want someone in the position. Major red flags.

I was referred by a friend who worked at Tinder. I was contacted by the director of recruiting very quickly and did a 30 minute phone interview. I went onsite a few days later and met various members of the tech team, including directors of engineering, other recruiters, and a co-founder. I got an offer about 3 days later.
