Interview
Very informal. Was asked why I want to get into sales, specifically the tech sector. The role was laid out to me very bluntly. It was refreshing to be given a timeline on career development in an 18 month period to see if you will develop at Tintri or move on.

Interview
I had an initial call with one of the senior sales executives. From there I had calls with two other gentlemen with similar titles. I was then asked to come into the office for an onsite interview. The onsite consisted of 4 half hour interviews. They got back to me with a response the next day.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tintri (Mountain View, CA) in Sep 2016
Interview
3 phone interviews, one 3 hour long in person. Treated very professionally, everyone was very nice. Overall good interview experience compared to previous interviews I have been on. No real cons, they also provide 2 weeks of formal training for the inside sales role.
