Interview
The interview process started with 1 phone screens and around 8 in-person interviews spread out over 2 days. Overall, the experience was very smooth and Tintri was very good with next steps. The interviews focused on my resume, my achievements, past products I have delivered and launched, questions around interest in Tintri and interest in the role. The job description was provided so that was useful in terms of knowing more about the role and the impact the position can have on the organization. Every interviewer was great to talk to and learn more about the company. They answered all my questions and the answers were straight and truthful.
