I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tintri (Santa Clara, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Three phone screens followed by a final round interview in the office. During the phone screening they want to learn about what kind of person you are and if you have the qualities required to be successful in this role (competitive, results driven, passionate, team-player). I had three phone screens, but was not called in for a final round interview. The third guy was expecting me to have a better understanding of their product's technology. This was a little surprising because the first two people I talked to didn't stress this. All in all, the three people I had interviews with were all good conversations. Like I said, they want to know how you sound on the phone and what type of person you are because that is what the job is all about.
