Interview
Phone call with recruiter as the first step. This is followed by a Zoom call with the hiring manager, followed by a one hour Zoom call with the team. A straightforward process.
I was contacted by the recruiter, and the interview was pleasant. They said they would follow up after a few days but never did. Completely ghosted me after I followed up multiple times. In my opinion, it's completely unprofessional.
