Questions about experience and qualifications followed by a tableau analytics coding challenge where I was asked to display trends with a given dataset. Interviews was quite nice and professional, and coding challenge was insightful.

Applied through referral. Initial Interview with Hiring Manager who reviewed my experience, felt it was good and hence moved me to the second round. Second round was a take home Tableau Assessment. Third round was a Panel Interview with no difficult question, where I had to just present the Tableau Assessment. Got a Reject in a week stating "There are looking for someone with more experience"
