This was a 3-step interview process. After being contacted by a recruiter an initial phone screening was scheduled. Following the phone interview with the recruiter, I was asked to send my resume which was then forwarded to the hiring manager of the department I was interviewing for, to make sure they wanted to continue the interview process.
The second interview was conducted in person with the hiring manager. A lot of the questions were revolved around my resume, experience, and skill level. Our interview was slated for an hour, but we ended up getting kicked out of a conference room after 1.5 hours - I credit this to it being more of a conversation between the two of us, not your typical interview. Going into the interview I was unsure if I wanted to even work at Elite since I was happy in my current position, but following thein person interview, I knew I wanted to work there.
I was contacted a few days later from the recruiter who said they wanted to bring me in for the second round, which was a group interview (including people from the ATL office and others who conferenced in) and included an about me presentation, going over a project I completed (they give you about a week to complete), and a culture fit interview with employees from different departments.
I was very impressed with the entire interview process and everyone I encountered. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or intimidated, everyone was smart and inviting and I loved that they asked challenging questions. The interview process is very much a vetting process, which I appreciated. They want to make sure you're someone they want to work with, you're going to fit in with others, and that you'll actually be happy within the company.
My best advice is to know your stuff and to be yourself!
