Interview
Spoke to a recruiter on the phone and had another meeting set up pretty quickly. The second meeting was with the team lead. I did not get an offer, but after my conversation with the team lead, I determined it would not be a good fit for me. I was surprised by the lack of diversity at the company and the fact that the team members didn't know what type of DEI initiatives they launched earlier in the year.
