From my experience, Elite SEM has the best interview process I've ever seen. They go through an in-depth review of your technical knowledge and personality to really make sure you are the right fit for them AND they are the right fit for you. In my past I've been part of "classes" of new hires where there's 50+% employee drop off within the first year and up to 100% within two years because of a lack of transparency from both the interviewer and interviewee. That was never an issue here as everyone I spoke with was more than happy to speak truthfully and even in a simulated presentation situation asked the hard questions as if they were really a tough client. They were also very accommodating in allowing a flexible interview schedule as I was moving/driving across the country. I was able to start the interview process in SF and finish in NYC.
