The hiring process took a few months and was extensive, but was well worth the wait. I had a total of 4 interviews, of which the first two were very focused on personality and attitude. I was asked to critique an old account with recommendations for improvement as well as develop an online strategy for a brand, put that into a deck and present to a group of managers. Your thought process and technique will be challenged here as they will want to see how you perform under stress. I was asked a combination of very advanced questions and questions of which someone with no understanding of the online space would ask.
