I had a pretty negative experience interviewing here, so much so that I actually ended up withdrawing despite making it to the final round. Here is what did it for me: 1. The recruiter didn’t call me during our scheduled time. They ended up texting me nearly 15 mins after the interview was supposed to start only to say the time no longer worked for them. Not a huge deal, but it was an early red flag. 2. When I eventually had my initial screening with the recruiter, they told me that they were interested in hiring both senior analysts and managers and asked if I would be interested in continuing with the process with the possibility of being considered for both, but would keep me informed. During each round, I continued to check in about which position I would be considered for, and had no clear direction from the recruiter. Then, when I got to the final round, the recruiter minced my words claimed I had agreed that I would be only considered for Senior Analyst, which was not true (I have this in writing). At this point I withdrew. For a company the goes on and on throughout its website about how people-centric they are, this is a pretty poor showing. If they want to retain talent, they should start by hiring the right recruitment staff.
