The interview process was very smooth. I was referred by a current employee and had a phone screen with someone on the HR team. I was then moved for an hour call with the hiring manager where the position and detailed experience questions were discussed. Finally there was a panel interview and project. The project was a great exercise and actually was able to refer to it multiple times throughout the hour interview;. I had an offer the next day.
