The HR representative was inquisitive, kind, and willing to assist. When speaking with the Dept. Head they were nuanced on the subject matter and did not allow anyone from a tangent side of affiliates come on board. By that I mean, if you had relevant experience - great, but if you didn't have the cookie-cutter type of experience directly in that form of segmentation (generating leads) then you were immediately crossed off.
