Was referred by a recruiter, whole process took a little over a month. Skills assessment test is required in order to evaluate the candidates skills and readiness to perform. First interview session was via SparkHire allowing you the ability to answer questions and record answers on your own time. After being screened, two in person interviews were set up, one with manager to review skills assessment, resume and responsibilities and the other was to meet with fellow employees to determine if I was the right fit for the company culture. Overall experience was terrific. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel so comfortable.
